I blend the heart of psychology with the buzz of technology — helping you navigate relationships, identity, and all the ways we connect (or disconnect) in this digital-and-real world.
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Abby Brooks, LMSW (They, Them)
I would love to be a part of your journey to regain power and control within yourself and the world around you. Second-guessing yourself is exhausting.
I believe that growth and healing are a slow and gradual process and that we all move at our own pace. I’m here to help you honor your pace whenever you're ready.
I use many modalities, such as Mindfulness-Based, CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, and Motivational techniques.
I bring a unique therapeutic perspective with a deep understanding of the challenges of being a daughter of immigrants and belonging to marginalized groups in America.
Sachi Kaur, LMSW (She/Her)

I aim to help clients gain insight and become more in touch with their thoughts and feelings.
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ issues; life transitions; and other challenges such as aging, anxiety, depression, social isolation, and abuse.
If you’re feeling listless, unmotivated, hopeless, exhausted, over-alert, worried about the future, and unsure of yourself and your decisions, know you are enough!
With my experience working with adults and adolescents, I have helped people overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma and improve their interpersonal skills.
I aim to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can pause from the hustle and bustle and reconnect with yourself and what is most important to you.
I strive to provide a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings; my approach is collaborative, curious, and reflective.
Jessica Schneider, LMSW (She/Her)
My work is focused especially on navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, faith transitions, and perinatal mental health.
Carolyn Weverbergh, LMSW (She/Her)
My approach is trauma-informed from a strengths-based perspective that incorporates the use of a variety of modalities.
